The shot angle is low and  the type of shot is CU-close up. The girl creeping above the toilet cubicles gives off the effect that somebody is watching the girl in the mirror, this creates tension and gives off the feeling that something dramatic may happen soon. The angle of the camera makes the audience see the world from the victims view which could give off sympathy from audience for that character. This could build more tension onto the camera shot leading up to a climax which is what the shot was used for.
